Biography
Overview:
Damla concentrates on domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions with a particular focus on data privacy and competition issues, where she involves in the due diligence process, drafting and reviewing data privacy compliance, transaction and closing documents, and provision of legal consultancy services in various fields such as corporate, e-commerce and consumer laws.
She has also been involved in the banking and finance transactions where she took part in the drafting and reviewing of loan agreements and security documents.
