Biography

Overview:
Elif concentrates on arbitration and litigation on all matters involving commercial law, contracts law, construction law and corporate law. Her practice includes litigating before Turkish courts on corporate and commercial law related matters and she has experience of arbitral proceedings conducted under the ICC rules, and the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.

She represents many clients in various commercial litigation cases with respect to disputes arising from performance of the contract, international transportation and enforcement of arbitral awards and foreign court decisions. She is also engaged in IP and Consumer Law related advisory.

Together with her litigation and arbitration experience, her practice is also focused on mergers and acquisitions and she was involved in some of the significant merger and acquisition projects in Turkey.
