Biography
Overview:
Eren concentrates on capital markets transactions, covering both equity and debt offerings including sukuk offerings. Eren represents issuers and underwriters in Regulation S and Rule 144A offerings. Eren also provides day-to-day regulatory advice to financial institutions, brokerage houses, and corporates on a variety of topics including on mandatory and voluntary tender offers, public disclosures, regulatory compliance, derivative instruments, and over-the-counter products.
In addition to these, Eren assists the corporate team on public and structured M&A transactions, and the disputes team on securities litigation cases.
