Overview:
Gökçe mainly focused on structured finance deals and regularly advise multinational corporations and financial institutions on their investments and projects in Turkey in various sectors, mainly infrastructure, transportation and construction. She also advises Turkish sponsors and Turkish banks, in a wide range of financings including project finance, acquisition finance, corporate and asset financings.
