Overview:
Sezgin has been involved in litigation matters by Turkish courts for more than two decades. He is experienced in litigating before Turkish courts on all matters involving commercial law, code of obligations and banking law and is also very experienced in enforcement actions and collection proceedings. Having worked for one of the biggest Turkish banks for four years and for several other banks, Sezgin has particular expertise in litigation concerning financial institutions too.
